I am trying to connect to the https server using the url found at the bottom of each mail and I am getting the following error :   Is it a scheduled outage (Friday night) ?

Error The requested URL could not be retrieved The following error was encountered: Connection Failed The system returned: (111) Connection refused The remote host or network may be down. Please try the request again. Your cache administrator is webmaster redhat com.
