As some of you have noticed, we've recently experienced some
difficulties resulting in a number of users having incorrect
entitlements.  These problems should now be fixed.  Please let us know
at the address below if you are missing any entitlements on your
account or continue to have any interruption in service.  You can view
your entitlements at:
