[rhn-users] rcp command

We are building a new server with RH 8.0 and cannot remotely copy files from our other machines using the rcp command. The only error message that we keep getting is "Permission denied". All of our remote servers use rcp to copy files remotely. We have checked the following but nothing works:

/etc/hosts.equiv
/etc/xinetd.d/rsh
/etc/pam.d/rcp
/root/.rhosts

Please advise.
