[rhn-users] Can anyone help with re-registering a server?

I've purchased several basic subscriptions to RHN for my servers.  Two 
of  them registered fine with "up2date --register" but when I try on the 
third it always fails with an error after it tries to send the 
information to RHN.  The error stated "No OS for this combination".  It 
states it's an i686-redhat something...

All three machines are identical but I still cannot get this one to 
register.  Red Hat tech support is USELESS!

Has anyone here experienced that and if so, what was done to overcome 
this situation?
