[rhn-users] Blocked demo account by ISP defunct account

I am stuck in the wierdest of bocks to updates with the Redhat Network 
with a defunct account under a screen name.  I cannot contact a human to 
rectify this which would solve the problem.  The screen name is as above 
Counterspy and the defunct ISP account is sympatico.ca yielding 
"counterspy sympatico ca".  I have long since forgotten the password and 
attempting to get another  goes to the dead account preventing me from 
deleting the account.  If anyne has any suggestion as to how this can be 
corrected, I would like to know.
