I think I can get this going! (I managed to get a Winmodem to work with
Linux).
I'm starting to work out why people made coffee machines Linux-compatible

I tried looking into this for someone on this list previously, but
turned out to a huge hassle ( I have no vested interest ). Your best bet
is to write a insistent letter to your service supplier demanding linux
support. In the mean time you can google for the info -- it is possible
but good luck.
