This quiestion more properly belongs to the psyche (and phoebe)
list.This list is meant to discuss issues regarind RedHat Network.
Having said that, the correct place to make this change is
/etc/sysconfig/i18n. You could even try setting LANG="en_US" and not
specify a character enconding. If I'm not mistaken, that would use
ISO8859-1 (instead of ISO8859-15 that you specified). Try them and see
which suits you better.
