Re: [rhn-users] up2date or rhn problem

I do not have any answer but I can let you know you are not alone.

I have a client who is having a very similar problem.

He was able to update the kernel (very large files that took all night to download)
in early Jan but has not been able to do so since then.

Like you, customer service was of little help.

He was, however, able to download the files first time using his
Win95 system and GetRight download manager.
We then manually updated the kernel and resync'd using update -p

In the past there were (are?) similar problems downloading large Oracle files
(while all other large downloads were fine). As in this case, the only solution was
to download using GetRight in a Windows browser (a solution I *hate* to use).

Please let me know if you do find a solution.
