[rhn-users] Basic System Support



I paid my $60 for a year's basic system support and have been trying to find out what I got for this money - Emails to customer service and the like have not been answered. For example does this entitle me to support questions? I updated my system to a new version of the kernel but the previous version still shows in GRUB. Now I understand I need to download another version. How do I delete the previous versions in order to save space in my Linux partition?
