[rhn-users] make tool on redgat 7 server edition

To install some perl modules I am missing make and compilers. Reinstalling from the REDHAT 7 CD the system reports all pkgs are installed and ok. What an I doing wrong?

I found the same question on the archives but no answer - ?

Hardware: intel-386 on IBM-ThinkPad

OS: RedHat 7 Professional-Server
