Finally I am moving to a direction.
up2date version does not support the argument
"whatprovides"
Inspecting the script gives me a list of the following:
'allpackages', 'help', 'list', 'nosig','register','version' and
'test'
[root handy /root]# up2date -v
Red Hat Update Agent v2.0

Do I need to update up2date first? - and how?
Thanks Again
Antonio
