[rhn-users] can't register:username should be at least 5 characters

I have three entitlements of which one is used for an account that is 4 
characters long.  I have in the past been able to register machines to 
this account.  Recently I've tried to register a machine and got a 
reply Error Message: username should be at least 5 characters after 
submitting username/password/email.

What should I do now?
