[rhn-users] Could not open or create the file /home/***/.gconf-test-locking-file.

I am getting this error on logging. Please help!


Could not open or create the file
/home/***/.gconf-test-locking-file.  This indicates that there may be a
problem with your configurator, as many progrograms will need to create
files on your home directory.  The error was "permission
denied"  (errno=13)
