The problem I'm having is that my downloads are lucky to top out at 15KB/S
and my 3rd ISO d/l is going at 3KB/S.  I'll be lucky to have it downloaded
by the time the retail box hits the street.

I don't think so, but the downloads DO work fine using curl and the 
instructions given on RHN.
