Yes, I understand that, but then, is the value of RHAS 2.1 DEVELOPER edition severely diminished because I can't easily update the distro with even the most severe security hole patches?

Or when I can't even "develop" anything, because the products I'm testing and using on this distro REQUIRE some functionality enhancements that a "real" RHAS 2.1 distro would have with the up2date updates?

Red Hat Enterprise Linux AS Developer Edition is *not* Red Hat
Enterprise Linux AS.
