[rhn-users] CPU speed for Dell Inspiron 5150

I have a Dell Inspiron 5150 with RH9 (2.4.20). The machine has a 3.06
GHz processor. However, the system only can detect it as a 1.6 GHz CPU
as show below. 

Any suggestion will be appreciated.
