No, it's the "rhn-users" mailing list, specifically for Red Hat Network. I
mean, generally, we'll help when we can and when time allows, but audio
questions are really way, way off-topic for this list and probably of not
much interest for many of the members.

It's nothing personal and I'm not offended; it's just that Bill is much
more likely to get an answer on the general Red Hat list
