[rhn-users] How to I renew my RHN subscription?

Can anyone tell me how to renew my RHN subscription?

It seems that it ran out about the middle of September. I hadn't
remembered that the year was up, and the first I knew was a tart email
from RedHat saying:

* "Due to your non-payment of $60.00 for our invoice # 6002672, your Red Hat
* services are scheduled for termination on 30-OCT-03. Your credit account has
* been placed on hold."

Well I never got invoice # 6002672, or anything else from RH at that
time.

The email also said:

* "To avoid contract termination and placement of your account for final
* collection action, we must receive your payment of $60.00 before
* 30-OCT-03.
* 
* Red Hat will accept payment via credit card or check to clear this
* serious delinquency.
* 
* To provide or update your credit card information, please contact our
* Billing Department today at billing redhat com, or call our Customer 
* Service Department at 1-888-REDHAT-1 (1-888-733-4281) or 919-754-3700."

Well, I have emailed "billing redhat com" TWICE over the last week
asking them how I can pay the subscription using a credit card in a
secure manner, e.g. an encrypted https service. I'm not putting my
credit card details in a plain-text email.

The replies from RedHat? Nothing. Not a peep. Seems billing redhat com
is pointing at someone's /dev/null.

I've searched the RHN pages looking for repayment methods. None. They
only talk about "extra entitlements".

Maybe someone from RedHat is reading this and can tell me how an
intending repeat customer can actually force a few shekels on them.
(In a secure manner, of course....)
