[rhn-users] Up2date Subscriptions Expired in 15 days

Hi Everyone,

I purchased an Up2date service entitlement by paying $60 and it got expired
in 15 days, I am surprised to see that I have contacted redhat more than 4
times and I am not getting any reply from them. Can anyone please guide me
what should be done to get the problem corrected ?
