Does up2date --show-channels help your situation? I haven't tried it but
it might be an option to list channels you want to subscribe to

line
Is there any other way to subscribe already registered systems to new
channels without manually going to the rhn web interface ?
We have created several private channels to distribute custom sofware
and we currently have a lot of machines that may need to
join some/all of these new channels.
Thanks.
