[rhn-users] RHN and custom RPM

I installed different openssh version then the redhat ones. I received a 
alert today about openssh errata
In RHN, is there a way to ignore some RPMS ?
Do I just have to update the packages lists ?

Or worse, I have to buy the satellite ?
