I tried doing the same thing but found very little info for an up2date repo.
Instead, we ended up using a yum repo since up2date now supports yum and
apt.

We create modified RPM (base of RPMS from RHN). I want to create a 
custom reposiroty for those packages.

On the internet I only see how-to create yum/apt repo. Is there a way to 
create up2date repo ?
