rpm-3.0.5 uses the same db1-1.85 that rpm has always used.
rpm-4.0 has both db1-1.85 and db3-3.1.14 support. db1 support will be
eliminated as rapidly as possible, possibly in rpm-4.1, as support for
both db1 and db3 isn't exactly a useful feature in a package manager.
