Not what Kenneth wants. It will attempt to install all the files in
the current directory (not necessarily all of which are RPM
packages...) into a filesystem rooted at the first <dir>; the packages
will be marked as installed in the RPM database located in the second
<dir>.
Kenneth was looking for a method of installing only the documentation
files from a package (the files flagged with '%doc').
