Hi there,
given the following situation:
1. I installed a package xyz into my system.
2. I "lost" the original package file.
3. I would like to get it again without downloading.
As far as I can see, all neccessary information should be available to
RPM - package information, depencies, scripts, files etc.
Is it possible to say something like
rpm --extractpackage xyz
and get a file xyz-0.1-7.i386.rpm?
That would be really neat!
Bye, Tino.
