I stand somewhat corrected.  There is some documentation for the command
that will send your password.  It just doesn't tell you that the command
will send your password!  Where's what the "help" file says:

    password <oldpassword> <newpassword>
            Change your list password.

What it doesn't say is that if you send this command by itself, your
password will be sent back to you.  Sigh...
