I'd suggest that you complain to whoever created the binary
ApacheJServ RPM that the spec file needs to have "Prereq: apache"
instead of "Requires: apache" if the postinstall is going to assume
that apache is already installed.
Of course, if you have the ApacheJServ source RPM, then you could
trivially fix it yourself...
