Not that I really know anything about this, but I'd try changing your rpmrc
file so that there is a definition for parisc, and then rebuilding with
--target=parisc.  You should be able to take a look and see how to just make
parisc point to hppa1.1 or hppa2.0, as the case may be.  Later,
