The %{size} of RPMS installed with --excludedocs (for 3.0.5)

Subject: The %{size} of RPMS installed with --excludedocs (for 3.0.5)

It seems unfortunate that the %{size} macro reports the size of the
RPM including doc files which were omitted due to the use of
--excludedocs.  Indeed, it is unfortunate that the doc files are
included in the output of rpm -q -l.
