Apache SRPM - HARD_SERVER_LIMIT

Sorry if this is an inappropriate list for this question.

I am trying to build an Apache rpm for RedHat 7.2 from the SRPM, but need to
bump up the HARD_SERVER_LIMIT in httpd.h before the %build part of the spec
runs.  I'm kind of lost in regards to how to accomplish this.  (my searching
hasn't turned up much that was helpful to me)  Any help is appreciated.
