*sigh*  I know I'm about to display my ignorance, but...
RH7.2 had an rpm marked as version 4.0.3:
	$ rpm -q redhat-release
	redhat-release-7.2-1
	$rpm -q rpm
	rpm-4.0.3-1.03
	$rpm --version
	RPM version 4.0.3
Was that an alpha/beta/pre-release of the "real" 4.0.3 or something?
