quick question - RPM upgrade

hi there,

I am about to upgrade mysql and apache on a machine that has old RPMs
installed.  I guess that I use the -U option to upgrade.  Has anyone had any
experience or problems with upgrading or is it a reasonably safe procedure?

I am upgrading:	apache-1.3.12-20	to	apache-1.3.19-5
			mysql-3.23.21-11	to	mysql-3.23.36-1
