RPM problem

I am sorry that if this is not the right place to ask this question:

I am using RH6.2 with kernel2.2.14-5.0smp #1 SMP , and i have the following
error when i try:

[root@abcinc local]# rpm -ql horde-1.2.7-1rh6
package horde-1.2.7-1rh6 is not installed

But i am sure it is installed as:

[root@abcinc local]# rpm -qa | grep horde-1.2.7-1rh6
horde-1.2.7-1rh6

How can i fix this? Would rpm --rebuilddb helps? As it sounds a little
scary?
