RPM package path

Hello all,

I am beginner user of Linux Redhat OS...
and I have a question  about RPM packages ....
I can instal some package with rpm (in terminal)
example:
rpm -i something.rpm

and now my problem ...
i have one rpm package in my \home\ dir

so

where can i write rpm path argument (\home\) in rpm command
