Are there cases when this is not done?
ver: 1 file: abc md5: 123
you edit abc and md5 becomes 456
rpm -Uvh of
ver: 2 file: abc md5: 123
rpmnew is not created, right?
So, it seems to me rpmnew is created if md5 is different from on disk _and_ from
previous version installed, right?
