Re: rpm args thru wrapper script

Jeff,

I'm trying to control the build of binary rpms by re-defining macros
from the cmdline but thru a wrapper script.

sample script invocation and execution trace follow:
------
[root@t1 ossim]# rrbld ossim '--define "withgrass yes"'
---
...
+ pkg=ossim
+ shift
+ '[' -n ossim ']'
+ rpmopts=--define "withgrass yes"
...

+ rpm -ba --define '"withgrass' 'yes"' /usr/src/redhat/SOURCES/ossim/ossim.spec
Macro % has illegal name (%define)
File is not a regular file: /usr/src/redhat/SOURCES/ossim-0.999.8/yes"
------

TIA for any help

Derald
