If you are running RPM version 3, then you are probably running RH6.x,
so you will want to get the updated rpm from the 6.2 updates. You
probably should get the other updates as well. There are some bug fixes
that are handy to have installed.
You can get the updates at updates.redhat.com, or any number of mirror
sites.
