I just upgraded my old RH6.1 server to 7.2 and now I've got multiple
copies of some packages, such as both the old and new Samba. Anybody
else seen this? Did Anaconda or RPM choke? (Prior to upgrade, I had the
latest 3.x RPM installed to handle transition packages.)
I figure I'll have to go back through and find the duplicates and
manually remove the old packages.
I first noticed this when I noticed that my /usr partition usage was
significantly larger and a check of /usr/doc (the pre-7.x docdir) still
had a lot of stuff in it from the old distribution.
