Done, see bug #58101.
BTW: I also put the two patches I need to compile RPM 4.0.3 on Tru64 on
my website at http://www.iruntheinter.net/files/rpm/. One of them
removes the requirement of a C++ compiler to build, and the other fixes
a problem in the Makefiles if your OS has a libiconv.{a,so} (only needed
if you don't use --disable-nls).
