on http://www.rpm.org/software/misc the link for pkgmaker
(http://unix.hensa.ac.uk/ftp/mirrors/uunet/vendor/bitsko/pkgmaker/) is
broken
after a little research i guess i'd found what seems to be the last
version (Jun 2001) on :
ftp://ftp.uu.net/vendor/bitsko/pkgmaker/
> Please advise privately.
oops.
sorry to send this on the list, but i hope somebody could point to a more
recent resource or anything else related to this interesting project
(using RPM specs for building native packages for HP-UX, and Solaris)
Carlo
PS. the link on http://www.rpm.org/platforms/ for "Solaris -
Sparc/Intel" doesn't look like a good like a "supporting" one.
PS2. yep, i am running some Solaris servers and i getting frustrated with
the pkg* management, specially for supporting in house packages.
