You're trying to build a source rpm designed for RH7.3 on a machine running 
6.x. I'd guess that the libtool used to build it requires libtool 1.4 rather 
than libtool 1.3.4 which is in RH6. I'd suggest either using a source rpm 
designed for 6.x, or upgrading libtool. The latter way may however break 
compilation of other sources...
