Rather than try to answer your questions one by one, simply do the
following:
1) Download and install kernel-source-2.4.18-5.i386.rpm
2) Rerun vmware-config.pl
3) It should show /lib/modules/2.4.18-5/build/include as the header
location
4) Use this path :)
