I could have used the same thing with my Logwatch program.  One of the
many modules requires a couple of Perl modules, but the rest of the
program works fine without them, so it would be nice to recommend those
modules, but not require them.

Or, AutoRPM works better with Term::Readline::Gnu, but doesn't require
it.
