Database corruption problem.

Dear everyone,

I have seen this message on machine which I upgraded from rh7.2->rh7.3, 
but in this occasion it is a surprise and a mystery as well.

I have installed RH7.3 on a new machine and this the first message that I 
get after trying to install openssh on this machine.

Is there anything I should (can) do to fix it?

rpmdb: Item 106 on page 748 hashes incorrectly
error: db4 error(-30979) from db->verify: DB_VERIFY_BAD: Database
