Seg Fault RPM -rebuilddb

I've been trying to upgrade RPM on a Redhat 6.2 box.  I think the version I
had before was rpm-3.0.5-9.6x.  Tried to upgrade to rpm-4.0.2-6x.i386.rpm.
I installed all of the db3 rpm's, and popt, and I thought the rpm-4 seemed
to install properly.  No error messages.

When I tried to do a rpm -rebuilddb, all I get is a segmentation fault.  Any
hints or tips as to what went wrong, and what I should do now?
