Again, still no luck:
rm -fr /tmp/rpm
mkdir /tmp/rpm
rpm --initdb --dbpath /tmp/rpm
rpm -U --nodeps --justdb --noscripts --dbpath /tmp/rpm apache-1.3.20-16.i386.rpm
rpm -qa --dbpath /tmp/rpm
I've tried with a variety of different rpms, too. I've used apache from the
rh72 dist, and apache, zlib, and webalizer from the rh72 updates. All with
seemingly the same problem. The rpm -U returns 1 in each instance.
Any other ideas?
