creating a rpm package.

Hi All,

I've used rpm to install and verifya nad query rpm packages. And first tiem
tring to build a rpm package.

I've build python with tkinter+blt packages.

Now the dir tree is like below....

BUILD_DIR
	lib
            bin
            include
            man

I want to create a rpm package for the above dir tree. The installation
should check installtion of other 3 rpm packages like 
tcl-8.3.1-53, tk-8.3.1-53 and XFree86-devel-4.0.3-5 

I went through the "RPM HOWTO" by Donnie Barnes, but 
1)cudn't able to understand Source : in the spec file
shall i create a tar archive of above wannted dir tree and mention here
2) i don't need any patch
3) How to add teh check fo the dependant package..?
