4.0.4: $MYPATH and AC_PATH_PROG

I *really* dislike configure overriding my $PATH to search in
additional directories for programs using AC_PATH_PROG and $MYPATH.
How about leaving it the default but adding a configure option:
  --disable-custom-PATH		Disable custom search path used to
				locate auxiliary utilities
which, when enabled, would set:
  MYPATH=$PATH
