Hello Jeff Johnson,

            I know this is not the correct place to send this question but I
wonder if you could direct me to the email address of a source of technical
help in installing RedHat v7.3 on my machine?

            I tried contacting RedHat Support, after I registered my Boxed
Set ID a few days ago, but I get absolutely nowhere with Red Hat Support,
very sad to say.

            I am trying to find out what causes    error 11    when I try to
install the boot floppy.

            I've had no problems with v6.0  or  v 6.2.
