Quite honestly, if Blais has registered with us for support, and our
support staff hasn't given him the assistance he feels he is entitled to,
he should contact the support manager with his issues:

                          sup-manager@redhat.com

Not knowing the specifics of Blais' situation, I can't tell what should be
done, but I can bet that the support manager can... :-)

Of course, if the support manager says that this situation doesn't fall
under the terms of our support service (I'm not saying that it does or
doesn't -- it's not my job to make such determinations), then Theodore is
right; in fact, I'd suggest using enigma-list...
